In addition to obtaining valuable experience as a Chairperson in disciplinary proceedings, we are often called upon to represent both Employees and Employers in Arbitration and to provide general advice in respect of Labour related matters, including attending to the mediation of disputes. Such experience has proved invaluable in addressing dispute resolutions, be this at ground level or in arbitrations or where necessary in the Labour Court. The Director Philip Walsh has obtained Advanced Diploma in Labour Court.

As a result of considerable exposure to litigious matters we have insight into the drafting of meaningful agreements ensuring that the agreements represent the interests of both contracting parties, to give effect to a lasting relationship.

We attend to all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from drawing the agreement of sale until final registration in the Deeds Office. Parties to the transaction are kept up to date on the progress of the matter on a weekly basis.
