In the collection of outstanding monies, our approach is to obtain the cooperation of the debtor to restructure their attitude and payment habits alternatively we are proficient in securing assets, by effecting the necessary attachment whereafter arranging for meaningful monthly payments to service the debt. Philip Walsh has for a number of years acted for various financial institutions in respect of foreclosure proceedings.

In addition to obtaining valuable experience as a Chairperson in disciplinary proceedings, we are often called upon to represent both Employees and Employers in Arbitration and to provide general advice in respect of Labour related matters, including attending to the mediation of disputes. Such experience has proved invaluable in addressing dispute resolutions, be this at ground level or in arbitrations or where necessary in the Labour Court. The Director Philip Walsh has obtained Advanced Diploma in Labour Court.

We are exposed to clients who have need of our expertise in respect of the drafting of contracts across a wide spectrum, whether this be sale agreements, lease agreements, service agreements or tender documentation. As a result of considerable exposure to litigious matters we have insight into the drafting of meaningful agreements ensuring that the agreements represent the interests of both contracting parties, to give effect to a lasting relationship.

We are able to assist clients in all areas of Family Law, from Divorce to Children's Court and address such matters to enable the parties to arrive at a resolution of their disputes. It is our view that the attorneys should not fan the flames of the dispute and should seek to arrive at an amicable solution.

We attend to all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from drawing the agreement of sale until final registration in the Deeds Office. Parties to the transaction are kept up to date on the progress of the matter on a weekly basis.
